Return Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel an Bedding Set order, change an item, or change the shipping address, please call us as soon as possible at (732) 924-9029.

Generally we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Therefore the sooner you call us the better your chance of catching the order in time. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return your item.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point and we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped a 20% restocking fee will apply (unless otherwise specified on the item detail page that you purchased).

• Orders that are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including shipping fees.

You cannot return items without receiving a Return Authorization Approval Number from Customer Service and also receive instructions and the address for the return. (Please note that the address listed in our website is an office and will not accept returns).

UPS 2nd Day Air® – Delivery by the end of the second business day from order placement in the United States, including Puerto Rico and excluding intra-Alaska shipments

UPS 3 Day Select® – Delivery within three business days for every address in the contiguous United States

Sales Tax:

New Jersey

We are obligated to charge Sales Tax to every purchase with New Jersey Shipping Address.

New Jersey has a 7% state sales tax. This is split as 3.5% for the State, and 3.5% for the municipality. All of the sales tax does not go to state. In Urban Enterprise Zones, the State portion of the sales tax is waived to encourage economic development, resulting in an effective tax rate of 3.5%. New Jersey does not charge sales tax on unprepared food, household paper products, medicine, and clothing.

New Jersey does not charge sales tax on gasoline, but gasoline is subject to a $0.145/gallon excise tax.

Sales of clothing and accessories that are made of fur from the hide or pelt of an animal that is valued at $500 or more are subject to a 6% Fur Clothing Gross Receipts Tax.
